At Fresiq Retail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product received is damaged, defective, or different from the description
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@fresiq.net with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return
- Attach clear photos of the product (and any defect/damage, if applicable)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will arrange for a free pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges
- Products must be shipped back within 3 days of return approval
5. Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size/product
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
